i'm a concierge . . . which is basically customer service on steriods . . . i check people in for appointments, get them set up with specialists, genii and basically help manage the floor at all times. it's incredibly cool. (:

whoaaa you're a busy girl then!! sounds like fun though, i was thinking of working at an apple store actually, but they are all far away

for some reason i've always noticed everyone who helps me at the apple stores smell really nice, lol is that a wierd thing to notice? haha, but its true! the guy who sold me my laptop just smelled really good! lol
