Mallory: i work at the apple store
Michela: ahh the apple store! i love apple store people, they are always so sweet

Michela: whats your job at the store, or do you do it all? lol
Mallory: i'm a concierge . . . which is basically customer service on steriods . . . i check people in for appointments, get them set up with specialists, genii and basically help manage the floor at all times. it's incredibly cool. (:
Michela: whoaaa you're a busy girl then!! sounds like fun though, i was thinking of working at an apple store actually, but they are all far away
Mallory: SO much fun! i get to touch every customer that walks in the door, i love it. (:

Michela: for some reason i've always noticed everyone who helps me at the apple stores smell really nice, lol is that a wierd thing to notice? haha, but its true! the guy who sold me my laptop just smelled really good! lol
